G'Morning, G'Night by Lin-Manuel Miranda

GMorning, GNight (written by Lin-Manuel Miranda and illustrated by Jonny Sun) started as greetings from Miranda's Twitter feed. They are silly, and profound, and heartfelt, and often rhyme. They are reminders, Miranda says in his introduction, as much for himself as they are for us. A children's book for grownups, this book (and the equally lovely audiobook) are full of little pep talks you can keep in your pocket (swipe to get a peek!). This makes for such a fun and quick read that I know I'll find myself reaching for it again.
