Anne Bogel has been doing amazing work promoting covid-canceled book events through her Stay at Home Book Tour, and I've added SO MANY WONDERFUL BOOKS to my TBR because of it. I knew I had to start with her newest release, Don't Overthink It. I listened to the audio, narrated by Bogel, and it was like reuniting with a kindred spirit. I felt that way when I read I'd Rather Be Reading last year, and I felt that way listening to Bogel share her research, anecdotes, and strategies for overthinkers (um, hi 👋🏻). This isn't a genre I normally reach for, but I'm glad that I did. If you're looking for a quick, engaging read with real life relevance, this is the one.
