week 23 wrap up 📚 What are you doing for your mental health? 📚 This week (month, year) has been challenging, and it's important that amid the reflection, learning, and growth, amid the reading and conversation and action, that you are taking time to care for yourself. This week, I've taken up embroidery. It requires me to be still, to put away my screens, to work with my hands. It's very meditative. I love it. Sometimes I work in silence, but I've also been listening to some great audiobooks (Pelosi, A Song Below Water).
