After liking but not living, breathing, loving her last book, B.K. Borison’s First Time Caller felt like a bit of magic — a book that found me exactly when I needed it most. I related so much to Lucie’s outlook on dating and relationships and Aiden’s need to compartmentalize his feelings, especially in the wake of my own mom’s cancer diagnosis. I was kicking my feet and giggling as these two circled each other and their story brought me so much joy. I highly recommend the audiobook, which is beautifully and hilariously narrated by E.J. Bingham and Hathaway Lee. I love these characters and this world so much and I am LIVING for Jackson’s book to come out next year! 📸: a kindle displaying the ebook cover of First Time Caller sits on a white shelf.
